Data Privacy Policy
In compliance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), NUM MEALS is committed to the following:
- Customer information is collected solely for order processing, account creation, verification, and modification.
- All customer data is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or shared with unauthorized parties.
- Collected data is used only for transactions, marketing purposes, and internal data analysis.
- NUM MEALS does not store any financial information such as credit card, debit card, or bank account details.
- Customers may request deletion of their personal data by contacting us. However, doing so will prevent further transactions with NUM MEALS.
- All employees, agents, and contractors have restricted access to customer information and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Legal consequences apply for violations.
- Only account holders or authorized representatives may request data changes, provided verification (name, phone number, delivery address) is completed.
- Uploaded IDs for PWD and senior citizen discounts will only be used for validation and stored securely.
- Automated technologies (e.g., cookies) may be used by NUM MEALS or third-party vendors to personalize ads and content.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe your child has shared personal information, contact us at cs@nummeals.com for removal.
Order and Payment Policy
- All orders must be placed through our official website: www.nummeals.com.
- Customers may or may not create an account to place an order.
- Only one promo code can be applied per transaction. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or PWD/senior discounts.
- Promo code usage is subject to its specific terms and conditions.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, GCash, and selected online payment centers.
- Full payment must be completed via our secure payment portal within the specified deadline sent through email.
- Incorrect information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong address) resulting in failed deliveries or extra charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Policy
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery times as routes change daily.

Two delivery windows is available:
- Night Delivery (day-before consumption): 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Morning Delivery (same-day consumption): 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- No delivery for Saturday and Sunday
- Riders can wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the delivery location. They will notify you via call or message upon arrival.
- Meals not received within the 5-minute window are considered successfully delivered and are non-refundable.
- For corporate or condo deliveries, clients must leave a formal authorization letter with the front desk.
- Address or delivery setup changes must be made in advance at least 48 hours prior.
- Cut-off times also apply for re-delivery or address changes.
- If a cancellation is caused by NUM MEALS or a delivery partner, re-delivery or a suitable alternative will be provided.
Customer Service Policy
- Customer Service is available:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Friday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Messages or calls received outside operating hours will be addressed the next working day.

- Nutrition consultations are conducted by our in-house Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian. These are assessments only and not medical advice.
After-Sales Policy
- Clients acknowledge that our Nutritionist-Dietitian is not a medical doctor. The consultation offers a dietary assessment based on provided information.
- Clients are encouraged to consult a physician before subscribing, especially if they have pre-existing conditions.
- NUM MEALS may adjust menus, ingredients, or macros without prior notice due to availability.
- Meals follow fixed plans with estimated calorie and macro counts.
- NUM MEALS accommodates certain dietary restrictions but is not liable for undisclosed conditions or restrictions.
- Product quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Service or delivery-related concerns must be raised within the same week the order was placed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made:
- Morning Deliveries: at least 48 hours in advance
- Refunds are not granted for already consumed meals.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days upon request and submission of required information.
- For promo subscriptions, regular rates will be applied to consumed days before calculating the refundable balance.
- Orders forfeited due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, no response) are not eligible for re-delivery or refund.
Legal Policy
- NUM MEALS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms are posted at www.nummeals.com.
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates to these policies.
- NUM MEALS may change product pricing and delivery fees without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to deny service or cancel transactions if a customer violates any policy. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
