Refund policy

All our meals are prepared fresh and scheduled according to your selected delivery dates. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order—such as:

  • Missing meals

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Damaged packaging

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly assist and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Note: Delivery dates are chosen at checkout and are considered final. Changes or cancellations are no longer allowed once the order has been placed.
