What this means for your order
We at Num Meals follow strict food safety and sanitation standards in every batch we prepare. Despite this, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from allergen cross-contact. As such, we are unable to offer allergen-free preparation or accommodate requests for cross-contact prevention for your orders.
Allergen information on every meal
Each Num Meals label lists the allergens present in each meal. Check the label before consuming, especially if you’re sharing meals with family or ordering for someone else.
If you have severe allergies, please consult your physician before ordering. If you experience an allergic reaction after consuming any of our meals, please seek immediate medical attention.

Acknowledgment, Waiver and Assumption of Risk
By proceeding with an order, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Allergen Advisory and had the opportunity to ask questions before ordering.
- I voluntarily chose to proceed with my order despite the disclosed risk of allergen cross-contact arising from the use of a shared commercial kitchen.
- If I place an order on behalf of another person, I will inform them of this Allergen Advisory and encourage them to review the applicable meal label and allergen information before consuming the product.
I understand and acknowledge that, despite Num Meals’ adherence to reasonable food safety, sanitation, and food handling practices, allergen cross-contact may still occur. I therefore accept and assume the risk of any allergic reaction, illness, injury, or other adverse effects resulting from such allergen cross-contact.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, I agree not to hold Num Meals, its owners, officers, employees, and representatives liable for allergic reactions or related injuries arising solely from the disclosed risk of allergen cross-contact in its shared-kitchen environment.
